Inspiration

I have no idea how I found them but I am glad I did, I ordered a comission instantly. Their colors and textures are just *muah* Made me rethink how to use references and try and add some CHUNKY brush strokes and some impressionism. Found them on Tumblr and much like Nyachan they also have that oil type style I want to do as well. I have asked them for some screenshots of their work which they have so kindly provided and now I stare at once a day to try and learn something new. Tumblr

I saw them on tik tok and really like they have way less followers than I would have imagined. They encompass the style I want to achieve as well Kofi and TikTok

Do you see how amazing this is?????? UGH this is how I want to watercolor my characters, I need to get to this level to remain sane I swear. I admitt watercolor has not been a priority in my drawing journey but seeing this reminds me what my goals are. I guess that is why they are in the art inspiration. But their brush control is freaking amazing. Carrd

I see them draw Diluc like 30 different ways and 1. I admire there ability to just draw one character over and over again (I want to do that with sethos) and 2 them doing the same character shows their progress a lot clearer and I really like the way they make complicated scenes with watercolor. Their rendering/painting process I need to inject into my veins. I have yet to figure out a way to implement their style into my own, but I want to. I want to so badly. So I will stare at their artwork to try and piece together how they make their art. I wonder if they will respond if I send them a DM ;-;

Their vibrant colors are so amazing!!! Their teyvat fashion series made my jaw drop. I have all four of from this series. I hope for some of my art that I can implement these bright colors without it being overwhelming. I am scared of color, mostly because it evades me but I see this and I get rejuvinated. Instagram

I had to stare at their artwork for a while to figure out why it attracted me in the first place. It is the composition and storytelling that they are able to conver is a very short amount of time. I also love their exagerated figures, same with Heikala. Their stuff have nswf but the style seems simple (it probably isnt) and the poses seems easy to replicate for study (probably isnt either XD) I do have a whole file just of their artwork.

Their line work is so fascinating to me. I especially love how they draw the lips and the eyes. In each work I am drawn to the characters faces at the intensity of their facial features and the outline of their jaw. Also their alhaitham potrayal is just so gosh darn pretty. Their kaveh?? heartstopper for sure. Their dark upper lip changes lives.
